The Caesar’s Bacchanal Buffet underwent a $17 million chrysalis earlier this year, and the result is the city’s largest (at 25,000 square feet) buffet. With nine open kitchens, a nearly global representation of cuisine and an edgy design by the Japanese firm Super Potato, Bacchanal is arguably Vegas’ best buffet. Notable bites include: made-to-order omelets and red-velvet pancakes, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, Chinese dim sum, shrimp and grits, and even soufflés. It’s worth any wait you may experience.
